The platform operates in two states: data state (complex website structure stored on the management server) and website state (the processed result). All changes, whether small or large, undergo the same complete process.
Characteristics of the Single-Stage Website Platform
Automatic backup snapshots are available at intervals: 3, 5, 10, 30 minutes; 1, 3, 5 hours; 1, 3, 5 days — with instant restoration. Almost all parts of the website can be safely and instantly changed.
Website Development Stage
This is not a DIY platform; it aims to provide the best value to end-customers with the lowest operational cost. Like Legos, copy and paste to assemble the pages. Quick custom prototypes enable "See your website before you pay."
Block types include Bootstrap 5, Vue 3, React, Svelte 5, jQuery plugins, Mini Apps, and Open Source components. Updates made on the management server transfer to the remote hosted server. A $12 monthly management fee covers 50 remote-hosted average-sized websites.
Customers receive three iterations for the first version; additional beautification is available for extra cost. Website lifespan matches the Bootstrap 5 lifecycle.
Maintenance Stage
With the single-stage, there is no difference between creating and maintenance states. Itemized pricing applies for common requests (adding pages, changing hero design). Most changes can be done in minutes on a live website. One person can easily manage hundreds of websites. Customers can also perform independent updates.
FlyWheel — Continuous Improving
WebAsOne is a website process streamlining platform — a flywheel platform. Current copiable design encompasses a 200-page website with 500+ blocks, expandable to 600 pages with 10 blocks per page.
The platform was established 20 years ago with essentially unchanged underlying architecture. Vision: establish a local agency in each city with a population of over 50,000 worldwide.
